Ashtanga Advance A - Mysore 2017

This short movie is exactly like my regular practice at KPJAYI.

Of course in Shala before Advance I need finish full intermediate and after I can contiunue this part

of Advance A.

If your practice is not same level of asana better dont try it at home.

It was idea about new movie but was not artist who want make something nice so my friend Hany ask me and we made this.

Video is not pro of quality but I think this is not super important.
